Updates patients receive on WhatsApp
Clinics can send patients short service messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages use pre-approved templates and go only to patients who have agreed to receive them.

Common questions
Do the products work on their own?
Yes. A doctor can start with Noline Doctor alone and add Clinic, Pharmacy or Lab later. They connect to the same patient record without a migration.
How long does onboarding take?
We move your existing patient list into Noline and train your doctors and front desk. Tell us your setup when you book a demo and we will give you a plan for your clinic.
Can we run several branches?
Yes. Noline Clinic handles queues, staff and reporting for every branch from one dashboard.
How is patient data protected?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited by role. Noline is designed with the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act in mind. Read the privacy policy for details.
Can patients opt out of WhatsApp messages?
Yes. Patients agree to WhatsApp updates when they register and can withdraw at any time by telling their clinic or writing to us.
