Terms of service
Using Noline
By using Noline you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a clinic, pharmacy or lab, you confirm that you can bind that organisation. Some products may also have an order form or agreement that adds to these terms. If they conflict, the signed agreement applies.
Accounts
Keep your login details confidential and tell us at contact@noline.in if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Information you give us, such as your professional registration details, must be accurate.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Noline for anything unlawful.
- Do not access records of patients you are not treating or serving.
- Do not try to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Do not send promotional or unsolicited messages through Noline. Use messaging features only for service messages to people who have agreed to receive them.
Not medical advice
Noline is software that helps healthcare providers keep records and coordinate care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified professionals using it.
Patient data and messaging
Providers are responsible for having a lawful basis and the patient's consent before they enter patient data or send messages, including WhatsApp and SMS messages, through Noline. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Fees
Fees are set out in your order form or the pricing we give you in writing. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are not refundable once a billing period has started.
Third-party services
Noline relies on third-party services, including cloud hosting and messaging providers such as MSG91 and WhatsApp. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
Our rights in the software
Ariqon Tech Pvt Ltd owns the Noline software, design and brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it as these terms allow. Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it to provide the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Noline available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve or change features, and we will give notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Ariqon Tech Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your use
You can stop using Noline at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or misuse the platform. On ending, we will make your data available to you for a reasonable period before deleting it, unless the law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over disputes.
